Welcome to the guided motorcycle tour of Lithuania! This tour is a week-long, 1200km journey around Lithuania that will take you on roads big and small, visiting numerous landmarks and cities, and will see you driving on breathtaking roads that are simply made for motorcycling. The tour offers a nice balance of riding, sightseeing, and relaxing to make it a perfect holiday trip.
The tour starts and finishes in Lithuania’s capital city Vilnius, which is easily accessible both thanks to Lithuania’s membership in EU and Schengen area, and if you are flying in, you will have an excellent selection of flights from destinations in Europe.
From Vilnius we will ride west towards Jurbarkas, avoiding highways and stopping to explore some key landmarks along the way – natural phenomenons in Aukstadvaris Regional Park and medieval castles and fortifications of Kaunas 9th fort and Panemune Castle. From there we’ll continue towards the Baltic Sea and after visiting a few interesting museums you’ll have some quality time to relax by the sea in Nida – one of the nicest resort towns along the coast of Baltic sea that is located on the Curonian Spit (UNESCO World Heritage Site). From here we’ll then head north / north east and stop by at few unmissable sites, such as the Cold War museum, Motorcycle museum, and the famous Hill of Crosses in Siauliai city. After visiting some unique micro-breweries in Birzai (take care on those beer tasting sessions, we’ve got a lot of road to cover!) we’ll then spice things up with some canoeing in Aukstaitija National Park – home of some of the most beautiful rivers, lakes, and forests. After a few days on the road and plenty of things to remember, we’ll close the circle and arrive at Vilnius where we’ll make sure you experience the best this amazing city and its UNESCO protected old town has to offer, before saying goodbye to your fellow riders.
